Experienced & Consistent Instructors
Each student will have the same instructor for the duration of his session. This enhances learning in two ways:
First, the instructor gets to know the student and can better assess her needs. Second, the student establishes a rapport and greater level of trust with the instructor, enabling him to learn faster.
Our certified, experienced instructors all receive the further ‘Martha Burns Swimming Method’ training course. Our instructors don’t play games or perform antics. Instead, they focus on creating a nurturing environment, using a gentle teaching style, and incorporating creative/Martha Burns Swimming Method techniques.We require seasoned, competitive swimmers and staff with exceptional ‘little people’ skills. We are currently hiring Summer Swim Instructors.
